Test case: SVG use element

The SVG <use> element allows an object to be defined in one place, and reused in other places.

use with aria-labelledby and aria-describedby

Browsers should expose the accessible name and description for the original SVG and the reused SVG. Screen readers should announce two graphics, each with "Rectangle" as its accessible name and "Violet rectangle" as its accessible description.
